At Maddie Moo’s Boutique, each item is carefully made to order just for you! Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Mockups & Color Variations
All product images are digital mockups. While we strive to represent each item as accurately as possible, colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen displays, lighting, and individual devices. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Made-to-Order Items
All of our products are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the case of damaged items.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact the store owner within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unwashed and unworn. To initiate a replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be sent. Refunds are not issued for damaged items, replacements only.
