Processing Time

Most orders are made to order and require 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays, special promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, this option will appear during checkout. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays

Maddie Moo's Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Maddie Moo's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

At this time, International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and customs fees.  If you have any difficulty submitting your order, please reach out and we will help you
